The attack, police say, happened outside 66-94 Forest Ave. at around 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 1.
Two suspects, described as 16-year-olds, allegedly approached the 30-year-old victim in an aggressive manner, with one saying “I’ll f– you up, I’m blood,” an NYPD spokesperson said.
The two assailants then punched and kicked the victim, causing pain and swelling to his jaw and wrists.
The assailants were accompanied by two females, ages 16 and 17, who were keeping lookout, police say.
The perpetrators were last seen fleeing northbound on Forest Ave.
The 30-year-old, meanwhile, was transported to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.
