During the 28-day period from Dec. 25 to Jan. 21, the number of reported rapes went down 20% in northern Queens, from 15 reported cases last year to 12 this year. Wesley Daniels, described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 200 pounds, was last seen at his home located in the vicinity of 59th Place and 60th Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 23.
