Police say a 39-year-old man called 911 after he was forcibly removed from his vehicle while in the driver’s seat of his 2018 Ford Explorer in the vicinity of Metropolitan Avenue and 78th Street, on Monday, Oct. 2. Police from the 104th Precinct responded to a 911 call of a residential burglary in the vicinity of Gates Avenue and Cypress Avenue in Ridgewood at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
