Sept. 19, 2019 By Allie Griffin

A man stole jewelry and tablets from two different Ridgewood homes and trespassed into another over the past two weeks, police said.

The suspect broke into two homes on Tuesday, Sept. 10. The first break-in took place at around 5:20 a.m. near 73rd Street and Central Avenue. The man gained entry through a basement door and then went on to steal two tablets and jewelry, cops said.

Later that day at 1:50 p.m., he entered a home near 67th Street and Myrtle Avenue, but didn’t manage to take anything.

The suspect hit another house a week later on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. He entered a home near 69th Street and Cooper Avenue through a second floor window in the back. He stole an iPad and jewelry and left, according to police.

The NYPD has released photos of the suspect.
