Man Steals More Than $2K Worth of Medicine From Eliot Avenue Walgreens: NYPD

Police are searching for a man who stole thousands of dollars worth of medicine from a Middle Village Walgreens.

The incident took place on Nov. 30, when the man entered the store at 80-11 Eliot Ave. at around 7:30 p.m. and began stealing an array of over-the-counter medicines.

Police say the stolen medicines include Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra, Tylenol, Motrin and Aleve, and have a total estimated worth of $2,131.

The suspect, seen in surveillance images carrying a large blue bag, was last seen wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the 104 Precinct Detective Squad at 718-386-2723.
