Man Breaks Into Ridgewood Home, Steals Safe Containing $3K Cash: NYPD

A burglar broke into a Ridgewood home Saturday and stole a safe containing thousands of dollars.

The man climbed through a basement window of a house near 60th Place and Grove Street at 6 p.m., police said.

He grabbed a safe that had approximately $3,000 inside and fled, police said. The NYPD released video of the suspect.
