Police are searching for two men who robbed a smoke shop at gunpoint in Forest Hills early Saturday morning and made off with $10,000 cash.

The suspects allegedly carried out the robbery just after 2 a.m. on Dec. 3 at the Continental Smoke Shop, located at 107-36 71 Ave., according to police.

Video footage released by the NYPD shows the pair inside the store casually looking at products moments before they committed the alleged theft.

Police say one of the suspects then pulled out a gun and demanded the store worker hand over cash. During the hold-up, the suspect fired one shot into the floor, police said.

The pair then stole around $10,000 cash from the register and fled the scene in a black sedan to parts unknown, cops said.

The store worker was not injured during the alleged robbery, the NYPD said.

Police released images of the men wanted for questioning along with a photo of their getaway vehicle.

Both suspects are described as being in their 20s with medium complexions.

The assailant who displayed the gun was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket with multi-color letters on the hood, black pants, yellow sneakers, yellow gloves and a blue surgical facemask.

The second perpetrator also wore a black hoody and black sweatpants. He had white sneakers, a blue surgical facemask, and was carrying a black book bag.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/ or on Twitter @NYPDTips.
