The FDNY is holding the open house weekend to educate the public about fire and safety, conduct demonstrations, discuss careers within the Department and offer tours.

Four stations across Ridgewood, Maspeth, Middle Village and Freshpond will be staging open houses over the weekend.

Engine 286/Ladder 135 will be open to the public in Ridgewood while Engine 291/Ladder 140 will be open in Fresh Pond. Engine 319 in Middle Village will also be open as will Firehouse Squad 280 in Maspeth.
