Ridgewood elementary school raffles local business vouchers to fund new theater arts program

Feb. 13, 2024 By Rachel Butler An elementary school in Queens is organizing a raffle with vouchers for local businesses in an effort to raise money for a theater arts program at the school. P.S. 68, located at 59-09 St. Felix Ave. in Ridgewood, is one of the few schools in the area that does not have a theater arts program on offer, prompting the parent-teacher association (PTA) to raise money so one can be in place for the next school year, starting in September 2024.
