Police say the trio of crooks, acting in unison, broke through the basement window of a home near 62nd Street and 80th Avenue, in the Liberty Park section of Glendale, at approximately 3:25 a.m. on Aug. 22. Police say the unidentified male suspect broke into the driver-side window of a black 2018 Hyundai parked in the vicinity of Bleecker Street and Woodward Avenue in Ridgewood, on Tuesday, Sept. 12. Sep. 19, 2023 By Ethan Marshall The NYPD’s crime stats for northern and southern Queens precincts spanning Sept. 11 to Sept. 17 reveal that the number of burglaries throughout the borough has dropped, while felony assault cases increased. One thing that remained completely the same compared to last year was the fact that there wasn’t a single murder case across any of the precincts in northern and southern Queens.
