A 41-year-old man was left hospitalized after he was attacked by two unknown men in Ridgewood on Sunday.
On March 10, around 12:40 a.m., the victim got into a verbal dispute with two men near Metropolitan and Grandview Avenues. The argument quickly escalated, before one of the men struck the victim several times in the body. The two suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction, police say.
EMS responded to the scene and the victim was transported to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in stable but critical condition.
Police are searching for the two suspects, both described as Hispanic, in their late 20s, and approximately between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 9 inches in height. The assailant was last seen wearing a black jacket, while the other man was last seen wearing a brown jacket.
