Man Wanted for Robbing Electronics Store in Ridgewood Earlier This Month: NYPD

Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed an electronics store in Ridgewood earlier this month and took off with cash.

The suspect walked into Marjan NY Inc., located at 67-18 Fresh Pond Rd., on Sept. 4 at around 11 a.m. before stating that he had a gun and demanded cash, according to police.

The thief then went on to steal around $200 cash from the register and also swiped a pair of headphones, police said

He then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction, cops said.

Police said that there were no injuries reported from the incident and released images of the man wanted for questioning.

He’s over dressed for the weather which should be a hint that he was out for trouble and doesn’t want anybody to see his face before he gets his mug shot taken.

Christopher Santana, 31, of Bedford Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, was taken into custody and booked at the 102nd Precinct in Richmond Hill in a forcible touching and robbery case that was being investigated by detectives out of the 104th Precinct in Ridgewood.
