My prayers for the poor man and his family for he’s loss..ome…
For years now the residents of Old Middle Village have been complaining about 73 pl & 67 dr.
73 pl is a two way street with no lane divider ,speed bumps, curb cuts etc .
67 dr is another issue when traffic gets backed up on Metropolitan Ave the use 67 dr as and alternate road and they speed down that block during rush hour like the Indy 500. Blowing stops signs etc.
Some streets have not been paved or have painted cross walks ir stop signs in Old MV in over 25 years. When well we get some help there.
We have called 311, elected officials , DOT, Queens Borough president , NYPD , CB# 5 it falls on deaf ears .
Now someone was killed.
This is our elected official’s fault.
Vision Zero is a joke!
