A man in Ridgewood has twice groped women’s buttocks and made a getaway on his bike, prompting the NYPD to release a video of him in hopes of identifying the man.
The first incident took place on Aug. 14 when a 20-year-old woman was walking near Stockholm Street and Seneca Avenue at 5:50 p.m. The unidentified man approached her from behind, grabbed her buttocks and fled the area on a bike, police said.
The following day, he struck again. At 11 p.m. on Aug. 15, he approached a 26-year-old woman who was walking along Bleecker Street near Woodward Avenue and grabbed her buttocks. He again snuck up from behind the victim and fled on a bike, police said.
The police released a video of the suspect from the Aug. 14 incident and describe as being Hispanic, 20 to 30 years old, and last seen wearing all dark clothing.
